Local Government Reform : The City of Canning

The City is preparing a submission in relation to the Metropolitan Local Government Review Report which in essence recommends the amalgamation of several local governments. Two options have been provided for the City of Canning. If amalgamation is required to be undertaken by metropolitan local governments, the City believes that there are other options and has presented two more possibilities for consideration, in addition to retaining the existing City of Canning boundaries.

The City is seeking your views on this important matter.
